Glonghui April 29 丨 Accor Holdings (03313scratchappel.HK) announced that the board of directors recommended implementing capital reduction and share subdivision, accordinglyscratchappel:(i) The issued share capital of the company will be cancelled by cancellation of the fully paid share capital (0 per issued share)scratchappel. 19), resulting in a reduction in the nominal value of each issued share from HK$0.20 to HK$0.01scratchappel; and (ii) immediately following the capital reduction, each authorised but unissued share with a par value of HK$0.20 each will be subdivided into twenty (20) new shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each.

After the capital reduction and share subdivision take effect, the board lot of new shares will be consistent with the board lot of shares, i.e. 10,000 new shares per lot, and the new shares will rank pari passu among each other in all respects in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles.
